Debra Lucey-Maynard
Clinician
Seeking therapy can be a very intimate and vulnerable process. My mission as your therapist is to provide you with space that is empathetic, judgment-free, and safe. It is my job to create an environment where you feel you can let your guard down and explore your true self.

I provide therapeutic services in an authentic, compassionate, and non-judgmental manner. Working together, I want to help clients cultivate a deeper awareness and understanding of themselves, increase self-esteem and self-worth, and improve relationships and communication with others.
I utilize a variety of different techniques and approaches that will be tailored to fit your individual needs. Therapy is a very personal journey and I work hard to adjust my style of support to meet your needs as an individual. Together we will focus on your internal strengths as well as your resourcefulness.
